Americans can stop globalism in America and through our example show the way for the rest of the world. The only question in my mind is whether there are enough Americans willing to do what it will take to stop it. It won't take a miracle because in my opinion that miracle occurred more than two centuries ago when we seceded from Great Britain.
The miracle is America... what those men did on July 2, 1776, when they voted for independence from Great Britain and risked everything to do so. Signing their names to the Declaration of Independence was either their death warrant from the King or their gift to posterity and none of them had any guarantee of success... they risked everything. Most of them did lose everything and there was no safety net to reimburse them... they stood on their own and were men of their word. The soldiers raised from Militia that suffered immensely under Washington through defeat after defeat waited for months to receive boots and uniforms and covered their frozen feet with rags, yet persevered against the most powerful force on the planet. When you can follow an army by the blood of their bleeding feet in the snow, you begin to understand sacrifice... the price that was paid for freedom.
I’m not seeing the same willingness to sacrifice today. Like rats in a maze, Americans are trapped in a vicious cycle of servitude to pay for possessions that won't matter when liberty is destroyed. When restoring liberty is more important than paying the bills, then we will see a miracle arise that can and will restore the American Republic.
You can scream at your television... raise hell on social media... cry in your beer and bay at the moon but nothing will change until you're willing to get off your ass, risk everything, join with others, and change it. Now is the time to pay the price for freedom again and that price is not going to be paid on the Internet or by watching our destruction on the evening news... it must be paid with sacrifice and blood, your blood mixed with the blood of America's enemies.
Thomas Jefferson, our third President and principle author of the Declaration of Independence had much to say on the matter regarding the preservation of liberty:
“The British ministry have so long hired their gazetteers to repeat and model into every form lies about our being in anarchy, that the world has at length believed them, the English nation has believed them, the ministers themselves have come to believe them, & what is more wonderful, we have believed them ourselves. Yet where does this anarchy exist? Where did it ever exist, except in the single instance of Massachusetts? And can history produce an instance of rebellion so honourably conducted? I say nothing of it's motives. They were founded in ignorance, not wickedness. God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. We have had 13. states independent 11. years. There has been one rebellion. That comes to one rebellion in a century & a half for each state. What country before ever existed a century & a half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is it's natural manure.” – Thomas Jefferson, Letter to William Smith, Paris, November 13, 1787.
America needs to be restored to its roots and our governments re-instituted to perform the only lawful function of their existence, to secure the natural rights of the people. To oppose such action is to support its destruction and the end of liberty for our posterity. Whether you like it or not war is coming to America; where will you stand when it starts?
